基于试点学院背景下卓越中医人才培养模式的探索研究

设立试点学院是一项以创新人才培养体制为核心、以学院为基本实施单位的综合性改革。本文通过分析中医药人才培养规律,总结中医成才的经验,着重从当前院校教育制约中医药人才培养的四个方面:学生选录机制、人才培养模式、师资力量、学院内部治理结构,探索试点学院背景下卓越中医人才培养模式,对现代中医药大学创新人才培养体系构建具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。

Research on the Training Mode of Excellent Chinese Medicine Talents Based on the Background of Pilot College

The establishment of pilot college is a comprehensive reform based on the cultivation of innovative talents as the core,and the implementation of the college as the basic unit.This paper is aiming to sum up the experience of Chinese medicine talents through the analysis of the law of cultivating talents of Chinese medicine mainly from the four restraining factors of current TCM college education:the student selection mechanism;the personnel training mode;the teacher resourses;the internal governance structure of school to explore the mode of cultivating excellent talents of Chinese medicine,which has important theory significance and the real value system construction in cultivating innovative talents of modern TCM universities.
