苦参凝胶联合雌二醇凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

目的观察联合使用苦参凝胶及雌二醇凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法,将100例老年阴道炎患者分为两组各50例,对照组予阴道内甲硝唑栓治疗,治疗组每晚腹部外涂雌二醇凝胶,后将苦参凝胶放入阴道后穹隆部。观察临床疗效、症状及体征改善情况,检测血清雌激素、促卵泡素水平及子宫内膜厚度。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P0.05),血清雌激素水平略升高(P0.05),但对促卵泡素水平及子宫内膜无明显影响(P0.05)。结论外用苦参凝胶、雌二醇凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Kushen Gel Combined with Estradiol Gel in Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kushen gel combined with estradiol gel in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 100 cases of patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with metronidazole suppository;observation group cleaned the small abdominal skin and the vulva every night,after the abdomen was coated with estradiol gel,the Kushen gel 5g was placed in the posterior fomix of the vagina,1 time/d.The clinical effects,symptoms and signs were observed,serum estrogen,FSH levels and endometrial thicknesses were measured.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05),the serum estrogen level was slightly higher (P＜0.05),there was no significant effect on follicle-stimulating hormone level and endometrium (P＞0.05).Conclusion Kushen gel combined with estradiol gel is effective in treatment of senile vaginitis.
