抑郁症的中医临床辨证规律研究

中医古代文献无抑郁症这一病名,但与抑郁症临床表现相类似的记载散见于"郁证"、"百合病"、"脏躁"等病中。基于中医药治疗抑郁症的临床观察文献统计分析,认为抑郁症的主要病因为情志失调,抑郁症的主要病理基础为肝失疏泄、思伤脾,抑郁症的中医临床证型主要为肝郁气滞证和肝郁脾虚证。
