| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医临床护理路径在白内障患者围术期中的应用。方法将86例白内障患者随机分为对照组和实验组各43例,对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施中医临床护理路径,比较两组患者干预后视力恢复情况、并发症发生率、舒适度、护理满意度的差异。结果干预后实验组患者视力水平、眼压、舒适度均优于对照组(P0.05),角膜水肿、前房渗血发生率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.01);患者满意度评分显著提高(P0.05)。结论中医临床护理路径的实施可提高白内障患者的治疗效果,降低术后并发症的发生,显著改善护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway of TCM on perioperative cataract patients.Methods 86 cases of patients with cataract were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Control group received conventional nursing,experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway of TCM.The differences of vision level,complication rate,comfort degree and patient satisfaction were compared after intervene.Results The vision level,complication rate,comfort degree in experimental group were superior to those of control group.The incidence of corneal edema and anterior chamber bleeding decreased more obviously in experimental group than those in control group(P＜0.05).The patient satisfaction improved obviouly,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway of TCM can obviously promote the clinical effect of cataract patients,decrease the incidence of complication and improve the patient satisfaction. |
