摘    要:目的优选炙甘草汤的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以三种人参皂苷Rg_1、Re、Rb_1的总含量为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果炙甘草汤的最佳水提工艺为:加水量10倍,提取3次,每次1h。结论优选的炙甘草汤提取工艺科学合理,人参皂苷成分提取量高,适合大规模生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Zhigancao decoction.Methods The total contents of ginsenoside Rg1,Re and Rb1 were taken as investigation index,the effects of the amount of water,the process time and the repeat times of extraction were evaluated by orthogonal test.Results The optimum conditions of extraction process was to add 10 times amount of water,decocting for 3 times,once an hour.Conclusion The optimum conditions of extraction process of Zhigancao decoction was scientific and reasonable,and the extraction amount of ginsenoside is high,which is suitable for extensive production.
