臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

目的观察臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸类风湿关节炎(RA)临床观察的临床疗效。方法将80例风湿关节炎患者按照就诊顺序进行编号,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸治疗,对照组采用西药常规治疗。治疗1个月后评价两组临床疗效、DAS28评分及HAQ评分。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较两组总有效率有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者DAS28评分呈下降趋势,均有显著性差异(P0.05),两组治疗前后差值比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者HAQ评分呈下降趋势,但治疗组下降更为明显,有显著性差异(P0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后HAQ评分有显著性差异(P0.05);两组治疗前后差值比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸可安全、有效地提高RA的治疗效果,提高患者生活质量,作为治疗RA的有效治疗方案,可向临床广泛推广。

Clinical Observation on Ozonized Blood Combined with Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofozonized blood transfusion combined with temperature acupuncture and moxibustion on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 80 patients with RA were randomly divided in to treatment group and control group,each group of 40 cases.Treatment group was treated with ozonized blood transfusion combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,control group was treated with western medicine.After treatment,the clinical efficacies,DAS28 scores and HAQ scores were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was higher in treatment group than that in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).The DAS28 scores of both groups decreased after treatment (P＜0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the HAQ score of treatment group was significantly lower(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ozonized blood transfusion combined with warming acupuncture moxibustion can safely and effectively improve the therapeutic effect of RA and improve the quality of life of patients,as an effective treatment for the treatment of RA,it can be widely extended to the clinical.
