| 摘 要： | 便秘是小儿临床多发病、常见病。目前多认为因胃肠积热、脾胃气虚、胃肠阴虚所致,治疗以清热、健脾、滋阴为主,刘建忠教授秉承倪珠英教授"抑木扶土"法治疗小儿脾胃病的学术思想,从肝脾论治小儿便秘,以虚实辨证为纲,标本兼治,以健脾疏肝、消食化积,理气导滞为法,疗效显著,久未复发。

| Abstract: | Constipation is a very common and frequently-occurring pediatric disease.At present,the main pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine are gastrointestinal heat sufficiency,spleen qi deficiency,gastrointestinal yin deficiency,and the corresponding therapeutic principles are clearing heart,strengthening spleen,nourishing yin.Professor Liu Jianzhong follows Professor Ni Zhuying that using harmonizing liver-spleen method to treat childhood functional constipation based on syndrome differentiation of yin and yang,settling both the symptoms and root causes,using strengthening spleen and soothing liver,promoting digestion as the treating method,which has a significant effect and less recurrence rate. |
