丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病并糖尿病患者血脂、血流变、内皮功能和心功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病并糖尿病患者血脂、血流变、内皮功能和心功能的影响。方法随机数字法将190例冠心病并糖尿病患者分为两组,每组95例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀,联合组在此基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液。治疗后,比较两组血脂(TG、TC、LDC-L)、血流变(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆比黏度及纤维蛋白含量)、内皮功能(NO、H_2S、ICAM-1)、心功能(LVEF、LVESV、LVEDP)水平的变化。结果治疗后,两组TG、TC、LDC-L水平显著降低(P0.05),且联合组显著低于对照组(P0.05);两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆比黏度及纤维蛋白含量水平显著降低(P0.05),且联合组著低于对照组(P0.05);两组NO、H_2S、ICAM-1水平显著升高(P0.05),且联合组水平显著高于对照组(P0.05);两组LVEF、LVESV、LVEDP水平明显改善(P0.05),且联合组LVEF水平高于对照组(P0.05),LVESV、LVEDP低于对照组(P0.05)。结论相比于单用阿托伐他汀,丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀可更为有效地改善冠心病并糖尿病患者血脂、血流变、内皮功能和心功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with Atorvastatin on blood lipid, hemorheology, endothelial function and heart function of coronary heart disease with diabetes patients.Methods 190 cases of coronary heart disease with diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups (n=95).Control group was given Atorvastatin, and combination group was added Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.The lipid (TG, TC, LDC-L), hemorheology (high shear viscosity, low blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrin content), endothelial function (NO, H2S, ICAM) and Cardiac function (LVEF, LVESV, LVEDP) of both groups were measured after treatment.Results After treatment, TG, TC and LDC-L levels of both groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and TG, TC and LDC-L levels of combination group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).After treatment, high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and fibrin content of both groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and fibrin content of combination group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).NO, H2S and ICAM-1 of both groups were significantly increased, NO, H2S and ICAM-1 of combination group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).LVEF, LVESV and LVEDP of both groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), LVESP and LVEDP of combination group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05), LVEF of combination group was significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with using Atorvastatin alone, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with atorvastatin can improve the blood lipid, blood rheology, endothelial function and cardiac function of coronary heart disease with diabetes patients.
