军人综合诊区对门诊就诊时间的影响

目的调查研究军人综合诊区设立对军人就诊时间的影响。方法收集6个科室军人综合诊区设立前后1周内，就诊的军人患者挂号至就诊的时间、医师诊疗时间、就诊后至划价时问及辅诊请求至报告完成时间，并进行前后对比。并将军人综合诊区设立后6个科室的有关指标与同期未设立军人综合诊区科室的就诊军人患者的上述指标进行对比分析。结果在军人综合诊区设立前后，挂号至就诊时间和就诊后至划价时间缩短，医师诊疗时间延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。设立军人综合诊区与未设立的科室相比，医师诊疗时间延长、就诊后至划价时间缩短，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论军人综合诊区的设立，能增加医师诊疗时间，缩短挂号至就诊时间和就诊后至划价时间，有助于提高对军人患者的服务质量。

Affection of Establishing Integrated Clinic on Consultation Time of Military Patient

Objective To evaluate the influence of establishing integrated clinic for military patient on waiting time. Methods We collected the registration time, doctor inquiring time, paying time, and waiting result time in a week between pre - establishment and post - establishment of the military clinic, and between departments with establishment of the military clinic and without establishment of the military clinic and compared the data in these two conditions. P 〈 0.05 was regarded as significant difference. Results Compared data in pre - establishment of the military clinic, doctor inquiring time was significantly increased and registration time and paying time significantly were decreased in post - establishment of the military clinic. Compared data in departments without establishment of the military clinic, doctor inquiring time was significantly increased and paying time significantly decreased in the departments with establishment of the military clinic. Conclusions Establishment of the military clinic make doctor inquiring time increased and registration time and paying time decreased, which accelerate the military hospital service to military patients.
