| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乙肝疫苗接种人群免疫应答状况和保护性抗体衰减影响因素。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,对全市1~59岁人群共3 630例进行乙肝血清流行病学问卷调查,并用酶联免疫吸附试验检测HBsAg、抗-HBs和抗-HBc。结果:检测3 619例,抗-HBs阴性者1 996例(55.15%)。多因素非条件Logistic回归模型提示,年龄、性别、免疫次数和免疫年限与乙肝疫苗免疫应答的效果存在密切联系。结论:乙肝疫苗接种后免疫应答随着时间的推延呈现削减状态,推行乙肝疫苗的加强免疫策略和成人的补种工作应该是今后乙肝防治工作的重点。

Immunity status of hepatitis B vaccine immunized population and influence factors in anti-HBs declined group |

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect cellular immunity status of hepatitis B vaccine immunized population and explore influence factors in anti-HBs declined group.Methods: A multi-stage cluster randomized sampling was designed to survey 3619 people over 1 year in Nantong.The HBsAg,anti-HBs,and anti-HBc were detected by ELISA.Results:3619 people were investigated,from whom 1994 were negative in HBsAb,and the negative rate was 55.16%.Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,immune times and immune years were influence factors in anti-HBs declined group.Conclusion:The immunity of HBV was weakened with immune time.Therefore,out enhanced immunization program and promot on of adult immunization should be carried as the focus to prevent and control hepatitis B in future in Nantong. |
