| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方平阳霉素液（PYMco）瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效.方法在1999年1月～2004年1月5年间用PYMco瘤腔内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤61例.每周一次,2～4次为一个疗程.结果经2～6年随访,治愈18例（29.5%）,显效29例（47.5%）,有效12例（19.6%）,无效2例（3.2%）,总有效率96.7%.结论 PYMco治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤疗效高,疗程短,副反应少,是一种简便安全的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of compound pingyangmycin injection as a primary therapy of cavernous in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods: Sixty patients(28 males and 33 females) with cavernous hemangiomas in oral and maxillofaical regions were treated from Jan.1999 to Jan.2004.Compound pingyangmycin was injected once a week,and 2 to 4 times in one course of treatment.Results: Of the patients,18 were cured(29.5%),29 showed significant therapeutic effect(47.5%),12 showed clinical effect(19.6%),and 2 showed no therapeutic effect(3.2%).Conclusion: The treatment of compound pingyangmycin injection is an effective method in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma and has little side effect. |
