摘    要:目的:探讨立体定向显微手术切除颅内小病灶的方法和效果。方法:采用CRW—FN脑立体定向仪或Vector Vision神经导航系统定位,显微手术切除颅内小病灶。结果:49例患者中,21例行有框架立体定向手术,28例行神经导航手术。全切病灶39例,次全切10例。仅4例患者出现暂时神经功能障碍,且均在术后3-6个月恢复,未遗留永久性功能障碍。结论:立体定向显微手术具有定位准确、创伤小、并发症少等优点。

Abstract:Objective: To study the methods and effectiveness of stereotactic microsurgery in resection of intracranial lesions. Methods: Forty-nine patients with small intracranial lesions were micro-surgically treated. The localization of the lesion was performed by CRW-FN stereotaxy or Vector Vision system. Results: The lesions in 21 cases were localized by CRW-FN stereotaxy and in 28 cases by neuronavigation. Total tumor removal was achieved in 39 cases, and subtotoal removal in 10 cases. Only four patients had transient increased neurological deficit postoperatively, all of which recovered within 3-6 months. Conclusion: The advantages of stereotactic microsurgery include accurate location, minimal invasion and less complication.
