高压氧对小鼠耳廓微循环作用机理的探讨

摘    要:采用计算机图象定量测量方法,对在高压氧暴露(0.2MPa)后小鼠耳廓微循环的变化进行了观察和定量测量.结果表明,高压氧暴露后小鼠耳廓毛细血管密度增加,微动脉、微静脉管径增大,血流速度加快、由此说明高压氧可明显改善微循环的功能状态.

Abstract:The present expenments were designed to understand and measure changes of the auricle microcirculation of mice exposed to hyperharic oxygen (HBO, 0. 25MPa)by means of a computer image analyser. When mice were exposed to 0. 25MPa oxygen for 1 h. the capillary density in their auricles was increased remarkably,the diameters in the arteriole and venule were widened apparently ,and blood flow speed was faster. These results suggest HBO treatment can promote the function of microcirculation.
