摘    要:教学督导工作是高校内部质量保证体系的重要组成部分。高等院校必须更新教育理念,完善督导工作机制,理顺各方面关系,建设高素质督导队伍,坚持督教、督学、督管三位一体的教学督导工作方针,才能保证教学质量,实现大学育人功能,办好人民满意的高等教育。
