铝作业工人血清中Al、Pb、Cr含量及ATPase活性水平的观察

目的 为了探讨铝作业人群罹患疾病的机理。方法 本文检测32例铝作业工人和37名健康人群血清中Al、Pb、Cr的含量及Na.K-ATPase(三磷酸腺苷酶）、Ca-ATPase、Mg-ATPase的活性水平。结果 铝作业工人血清Al、Pb含量明显高于健康人群，血清Cr含量偏低；ATPase活性水平，铝作业工人低于健康人群。结论 铝暴露者因Al、Pb含量入超，Cr含量下降，并影响红细胞膜的活性。

Observations on the content level of Al, Pb, Cr and the activity of ATPase in the serum of the aluminum workmen.

Objective]To study the morbid mechanism of aluminum - exposed workers . Method] Content levels of Al, Pb, Cr and activity of Na - ATPase , Mg - ATPase in 32 aluminum workmen and 37 healthy people were studied. Result] The level of Al and Pb of the aluminum - exposed workmen was significantly higher than that of the healthy people and the Cr in the serum is lower. The activity level of ATPase in the aluminum workmen was also lower than that of the healthy people. Conclusion] Due to the excess of Al and Pb, the content level of Cr of the aluminum - exposed workmen lowered and affected the activity of the erythrocyte membrane.
