| 摘 要： | 单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1）属于趋化因子CC亚家族,它的主要功能是趋化和激活单核巨噬细胞至炎症部位,在IgA肾病的肾小管间质损伤、肾间质纤维化过程中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 belongs to the CC chemokine subfamily,and its main function is to activate and recruit macrophages to the site of inflammation.MCP-1 plays an important role in tubulointerstitial damage and renal interstitial fibrosis of IgA nephropathy. |
