| Abstract: | The necessity of strengthening hospital youth culture construction is discussed. Based on the situations of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, the experience and practice of youth cuhure construction are introduced. It is important to strengthen specialized exterior instruction based on the characters of the young staff, gradually transfer the instruction to self-demand. |
