摘    要:目的开展婴幼儿食品铝监测分析,为风险评估提供基础数据。方法采集有代表性的40份婴幼儿食品按铬天青S分光光度法进行铝监测分析。结果采集的40份婴幼儿食品均有铝检出,检出量最低1.13 mg/kg,最高20.68 mg/kg。结论建议卫生监督部门采取有效控制措施,以了解婴幼儿食品铝的污染程度,掌握关键控制点,保护婴幼儿健康成长。

Abstract:Objective To carry out aluminum levels monitoring in infant foods, and to provide basic data for risk assessment. Methods 40 samples of infant foods were collected and tested for aluminuium levels by Chroalazurol S spectrophotometry. Results Aluminum was detected in all food samples. The levels of aluminum were from 1. 13 mg/kg to 20. 68 mg/kg. Conclusion The study suggested that effective control and surveillance measures should be taken by health supervision departments in order to understand the degree of contamination, ensure the safety of food for infants and protect the healthy growth of children.
