脑梗死患者血尿酸与血脂及颈动脉斑块形成的关系

目的探讨脑梗死（CI）患者血清尿酸（UA）与血脂及颈动脉硬化斑块之间的关系。方法分别测定98例CI患者及49例体检健康者血清UA和血脂浓度,并对其中78例CI患者进行颈动脉超声检查。结果 CI组的血清UA为（310.88±90.91）μmol/L,显著高于对照组（266.96±55.04）μmol/L（P=0.000）;CI患者的年龄和血清UA水平与颈动脉硬化斑块的形成呈明显正相关;甘油三酯和总胆固醇均升高的患者血清UA水平高于血脂正常、单纯高甘油三酯和单纯高总胆固醇的患者（均P〈0.05）。结论血清UA升高与CI密切相关,其与患者血脂水平和颈动脉硬化斑块的形成有关,可作为诊断CI和颈动脉斑块形成的参考指标。

The relationship of serum uric acid with blood lipid and carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum concentration of UA with blood lipid and carotid atherosclerotic plaque in CI patients.Methods Serum concentration of UA and blood lipid in 98 CI patients and 49 normal controls were detected respectively.78 CI patients were tested by carotid ultrasound.Results The level of serum UA in CI patients was（310.88±90.91）μmol/L,significantly higher than control group（266.96±55.04）μmol/L（P=0.000）;The age and the level of serum UA had significantly positive correlation with the formation of carotid plaque.The level of UA in CI patients whose triglycerides and total cholesterol were both elevatory were higher than that in normal plasma lipid patients and that in merely high triglycerides or merely high cholesterol patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The rise of serum UA was associated with CI closely.UA level related to the blood lipid and the formation of carotid plaques in CI patients,it can be used as an indicator of the diagnosis of CI and the formation of carotid plaques.
