太极扣附着体义齿修复牙周病患者游离端缺失的临床应用

目的观察太极扣附着体义齿应用于牙周病患者游离端缺失修复的临床效果，并与栓道式附着体义齿进行对比研究。方法收集138例游离端缺失的牙周病患者，分试验组和对照组，各69例。分别采用太极扣附着体与栓道式附着体为义齿固位方式，修复磨牙游离缺失。对两组患者修复后的口内情况、咀嚼效率、X线片、主观感受进行评估。修复后3、6、12、24个月对患者进行随访分析。结果修复后24个月，试验组与对照组中口内情况评估为“好”的比例分别为98．6％及89．9％；试验组与对照组咀嚼效率及主观感受评估为“好”的比例均分别为100．0％及92．8％；试验组与对照组X线片检查评估为“好”的分别为98．6％及88．4％。修复后3、6、12、24个月，口内情况、咀嚼效率、X线片检查、主观感受评估为“好”的比例试验组均高于对照组，且两组的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。并且对照组的各指标评估为“好”的比例随使用时间的延长而有所下降，而试验组的下降不明显。结论太极扣附着体义齿修复牙周病患者游离端缺失临床效果优于栓道式附着体义齿。

Clinical application of easy resilient attachment denture of distal-extansion on periodontal patients

Objective To observe the easy resilient attachment（ERA） denture repair distal-extension absence in patients with periodontal disease, and compared with the bolt attachment denture. Methods A total of 138 cases with distal-extension absence denture and periodontal disease were collected. They were divided into experimental group and control group, with 69 cases each, and repaired with ERA denture and bolt attachment denture retention. Three, six, twelve and twenty-tbur months after restoration, the oral situations, masticatory efficiency, X-ray examination and subjective perteption of the two groups were evaluated. Resnlts Thine, six, twelve and twenty-four months after restoration, the eval- uation on the oral situations, masticatory efficiency, X-ray examination and subjective perception in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Each evaluation had declined with the use of time in the control group, while the decline in the experimental group was not obvious. Conclusion For repairing distalextension absence in patients with periodontal disease, the effect of the ERA denture is better than the bolt attachment denture.
