股二头肌肌皮瓣V-Y推进治疗截瘫患者坐骨结节Ⅲ度褥疮

目的观察股二头肌肌皮瓣修复坐骨结节Ⅲ度褥疮的临床疗效。方法应用股二头肌肌皮瓣V-Y推进的方法修复截瘫伴坐骨结节Ⅲ度褥疮患者13例。结果13例患者中8例Ⅰ期愈合,3例部分边缘有少许分泌物,经换药后愈合,2例瓣皮裂开后Ⅱ期缝合后愈合,无皮瓣坏死发生。结论股二头肌肌皮瓣V-Y推修复坐骨结节Ⅲ度褥疮疗效可靠,简单易行。

Repairing Bedsores on the Ischial Tuberosities Grade Ⅲ of Paraplegic Patients with the V-Y Driving Treatment of the Myocutaneous Flap of Biceps Femoris

Objective To observe the clinical effect of myocutancous flap of biceps femoris on repairment of bedsores on the ischial tuberosities. Methods we observed 13 paraplegic cases with Bedsores on the Ischial Tubcrosities Grade Ⅲ, who were treated with V-Y driving treatment of the myocutaneous flap of biceps femoris. Results Among 13 cases,8 cases were primary intention healing,3 cases were per secundum intentionem finally by changing dressings because of a little secretion on the wound. 2 cases healed finally after per secundum intentionem aafter secondary suture without necrosis because of fissuration of skin flaps. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of V-Y driving treatment of the myocutaneous flap of biceps femoris on bedsores on the ischial tuberosities Ⅲ grade of paraplegic patients is reliable, and simple.
