乌体林斯治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床观察

目的探讨乌体林斯对反复呼吸道感染（RRI）患儿体液免疫的调节作用。方法观察乌体林斯治疗的RRI患儿的外周血血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4的含量变化和临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4含量基本一致（P〉0.05）;治疗后,与治疗前及对照组比较,乌体林斯组IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4均有不同程度的升高（均P〈0.05）。乌体林斯组显效率、总有效率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论乌体林斯能促进RRI患儿免疫球蛋白和补体的分泌而改善患儿的体液免疫功能,临床疗效确切,安全性高,是治疗小儿RRI较理想的药物。

Clinical observation of Utilin "S" injection in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children

OBJECTIVE To investigate modulation effect of Utilin ＂S＂ injection on the humoral immunity of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRI）. METHODS The levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 in peripheral blood serum of children with RRI before and after treatment, as well as the clinical efficacy were observed. RESULTS Before treatment, the contents of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 in 2 groups were basically the same （P 〉0.05）;while after treatment, the levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 were increased in varying degrees （P 〈0.05）. The obvious effective rate and total effective rate after treatment with Utilin ＂S＂ injection were significantly higher than those of the control group （P （0.01）. CONCLUSION Utilin ＂S＂ injection can promote the secretion of immunoglobulins and complements and improve immune function in children with RRI. It had a precisely clinic effect with safety that could be used for treating RRI ideally.
