| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨交锁髓内钉在股骨干骨折治疗中的效价.方法：对交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折352例的治疗进行回顾性分析.结果：3例出现髓内钉折断而骨不连接,2例出现锁钉折断,349例临床愈合.其中4例出现大腿远端螺丝钉道感染,6例合并股骨颈骨折,2例合并股骨干中上段骨折,4例出现膝关节活动功能障碍.肢体、关节功能恢复率98.86%,治愈率98.01%.结论：交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficiency of treatment for femoral fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail Methods Retrospective analysis of treatment for 352 patients with femoral fracture with interlocking intrameduUary nail. Results Broken intramedullary nail andnonunion of fracture occurred in 3 cases, broken interlocking nail in 2 cases and clinical union of fracture in 349 cases, including infection of distal interlocking nail in 4 cases, femoral neck fracture in 6, fracture of proximal segment of femor in 2 and dysfunction of knee joint in 4 cases.The recovery rate of limb and joint function was 98.86%, the healing rate 98.01%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of interlocking intramedullary nail for shaft fracture of femoral ia satisfactory. |
