静脉窦性脑梗塞的影像诊断及临床分析

摘    要:目的研究静脉窦性脑梗塞影像诊断及其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析14例静脉窦性脑梗塞病例。结果 5例静脉窦性脑梗塞显示同侧横窦血栓;合并上矢状窦血栓的9例静脉窦性梗塞位置变化较大,病变范围广泛。梗塞与动脉性梗塞发生按动脉走行分布不同,常伴出血,MRA显示梗塞区供血动脉无异常,CTV或MRV显示静脉窦狭窄、血流信号缺损。结论静脉窦性脑梗塞影像表现具有特征性,有助于静脉窦栓塞诊断;与动脉性脑梗塞鉴别,对于临床治疗方案选择具有重要意义。

Venous sinus cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To study imaging findings and clinical diagnostic value of venous sinus cerebral infarction. Methods We analyzed 14 cases of venous sinus cerebral infarction retrospectively. Results 5 cases of infarction displayed unilateral transverse sinus thrombosis in the same side. In 9 cases of patients with superior sagittal sinus combined unilateral or bilateral transverse sinus thrombosis displayed variety of infarction location and extent. The site of infarction was not along the arterial distribution and hemorrhage in infarction was common. MRA indicated normal feeding arteries of infarction area, CTV or MRV displayed narrowing and defect in venous sinus. Conclusion Venous sinus cerebral infarction displayed characteristic imaging features compared with arterial cerebral infarction and was helpful for diagnose and treatment of venous sinus thrombosis.
