| 摘 要： | 本文用心电多相信息鉴别诊断仪对212例心脏病患者、52例正常人做了检查,并在57例中进行了重复性试验,发现该仪器对冠心病有较高的敏感性(88.3%)。该仪器检查心脏病的特异性为92.3%.假阳性率为7.7%,假阴性率为8.6%。

| Abstract: | 212 cases with various clinically confirmed heart diseases and 52 normal controls were investigated with a new diagnostic technique EMPIDS.The repetitive test was performed in 57 randomized cases.We found that the EMPIDS had relatively high sensitivity in diagnosing coronary heart disease (88.3%).The specificity was 92.3% and the repetitive rate was 91.2%.The EMPIDS,therefore,may offer the clinicians a new useful method for diagnosing heart diseases. |
