| 摘 要： | 作者总结了１９６６年—１９９４年治疗的下颌骨造釉细胞瘤２０例，全部病例均于正常组织外０．５－１．０ｃｍ处切除肿瘤，其中植人自体髂骨１１例，自体髂骨颗粒＋异体冷冻肋骨３例，臀上升血管蒂髂骨移植１例，玻璃活性生物陶瓷人工骨１例，玻璃活性陶瓷骨块＋羟基磷灰石颗粒１例，未植骨１例，袋形术２例．在多种植人体中，作者认为自体髂骨最佳，因为骨血循环丰富，抗感染力强，外形好，骨钙化和骨化能力强．

| Abstract: | The authors summarized the experiences in treatment of 20 pat lents with mandibular ameloblas toma from 1966 to 1994. The tumors were removed outs ide the limitation of normal tissues 0. 5￣1. 0cm. After that, different grafts in all the cases were used .is subs t i tutes; including autogenous ilium (11), autogenous ilium particae and allogenic freezing costa (3), ilium with super ior gluteal vascular pedicle biological glass ceramic artificial bone (1), biological glass ceramic (BGC) artificial bone lumps and hydroxylapat lie (HA) part ide (1). one pat lent was without transplanta t ion. Marsup-iclizat ion was performed in two cases among the grafts, the authors consider that the autogenous ilium is the best, because it has abundant blood circulation powerful antiinfect ion, good shape, strong bone calcificat ion and ossification. |
