银杏叶对关木通致大鼠急性肾损伤的保护作用

目的:研究关木通对肾功能和肾组织的损伤作用和机制以及银杏叶对关木通致肾损伤的保护作用.方法:把大鼠随机分为3组,对照组用关木通水煎液6 g•kg 1•d 1分别给6只大鼠灌胃,qd.实验组用关木通水煎液6 g•kg 1•d 1和银杏叶15 mg•kg 1•d 1分别给6只大鼠灌胃,qd.正常组用0.9%氯化钠注射液每次2 mL给大鼠灌胃,qd,连续给药.观察用药后不同时相大鼠的肾功能、肾脏的病理以及血管活性物质等变化.结果:对照组的肾功能损伤、肾脏组织形态学变化以及血栓素B2、6 酮 前列腺素F1a、内皮素(ET)变化均明显;实验组的各项指标均优于对照组.结论:为关木通大鼠肾损伤的细胞毒学说和肾缺血学说并存提供了实验依据,且提示血管活性物质血栓素A2 (TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)、ET参与了全过程并起到了重要作用;银杏叶对关木通引起的肾损伤有一定的保护作用.

Protective Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf on Acute Renal Injury Caused by Aristolochia Manshuriensis Kom

Objective:To study the mechanism of renal injury induced by aristolochia manshuriensis Kom and possible protective effects of ginkgo biloba leaf. Method:To divide the rats into three groups randomly and observe the changes of renal function, kidney pathology and vasoactive substances of the rats given the medicine in different periods. Results:Renal function injury, kidney tissue morphology, TXB_2 as well as 6-keto-PGF_ 1a level and ET were markedly changed in rats receiving aristolochia manshuriensis Kom only. The protective effects were obvious in rats given aristolochia manshuriensis Kom in combination with ginkgo biloba leaf. Conclusion:Both the cytotoxic effect and renal ischemia co-exist in the renal damage caused by aristolochia manshuriensis Kom. TXA_2, PGI_2 and ET all are invoved in the whole process and play an important role; Ginkgo biloba leaf has protective effect on the renal injury caused by aristolochia manshuriensis Kom.
