| 摘 要： | 我们用生物素－７－ｄＡＴＰ探针，对４９例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行了Ｃ－Ｍｙｃ基因检测（分子杂交），发现４２例呈阳性反应，与糖尿病病程及血糖无关，但有较明显的遗传倾向；对糖尿病心脏病与Ｃ－Ｍｙｃ基因的关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The Biotin-labeled probe waw established and used to detect C-Myc gene in 49 cases of NIDDM, The positive rate was 85. 7% (42/ 49) .This result was not concerned with the course of illness and blood suger level, but, it had obvious genetic characterization, The function of C-Myc gene was discussed in terms of DM and heart disease. The biotin-labeled probe was safe, specific and durable for preservation, It supplies a new method for gene analysis of DM patients. |
