体内性激素与鼻咽血管纤维瘤的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨鼻咽血管纤维瘤与体内性激素的临床关系。方法:采集24例鼻咽血管纤维瘤患手术后外周静脉血标本(术前24例,术后20例)及24例健康男性青年作为对照组,用放射免疫测定法分别检测鼻咽血管纤维瘤患手术前后对照组血清性激素水平。结果:(1)鼻咽血管纤维瘤患手术前后血清性激素水平变化不大(P>0.05);(2)血清雌二醇,孕酮术前水平较正常对照组低(P<0.05),血清睾酮术前水平与正常对照组水平变化不大(P>0.05);(3)鼻咽血管纤维瘤患后术性激素水平与正常对照组水平变化不大(P>0.05)。结论:鼻咽血管纤维瘤发病机制与体内性激素水平可能存在一定程度的相关关系。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the relationship between juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (JNA) and serum sexual hormones. Methods: The serum sexual hormones levels were determined in 24 cases of JNA before operation using radial immunoassay, they were determined again after operation in 20 of the patients, and 24 healthy young men were taken as control. Results: (1)The changes of serum testosterone, estrogen and progestin levels in JNA group were not significant between pre- and postoperative period (P>0.05). (2)Before operation, the serum estrogen and progestin levels in JNA group were lower significantly than that in control group(P<0.05), and there was not significant change of serum testosterone level between two group (P> 0.05) . (3)After operation, there were not significant changes of serum sexual hormones levels between JNA group and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: The results suggested there was certain relationship between the pathogenesis of JNA and serum sexual hormones.
