经直肠超声在老年人前列腺疾病诊断中的应用

目的:探讨经直肠超声在前列腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法:门诊及住院高龄患者87例,采用经直肠超声检查前列腺,测量各径线值,并观察前列腺内有无异常回声,诊断不明确的采用经直肠超声引导前列腺活检术。结果:87例高龄患者中前列腺均表现异常,其中单纯前列腺增生19例,增生伴结石45例,增生伴囊肿6例,单纯前列腺结石3例,前列腺脓肿2例,前列腺癌12例。结论:经直肠超声具有高分辨率,可以发现细小病变,提高前列腺疾病的诊断率,尤其对前列腺癌的诊断明显优于经腹超声检查。

The application of ultrasound through rectum for prostate gland disease in elderly

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic valve of ultrasound through rectum for prostate gland disease in elderly.Method Ultrasound through rectum was adopted to examine prostate gland in 87 cases of elderly,each path line was measured,and echo of prostate gland was observed.Results The 87 cases all had prostate gland abnormality.Hyperplasia of prostate was found in 19 cases,hyperplasia of prostate accompany with stone in 45 cases,hyperplasia of prostate with cyst in 6 cases,prostatic gland stone in 3 cases,prostatic gland abscess in 2 cases and prostate gland cancer in 12 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound through rectum with high resolving power can detect small lesions and elevate the diagnostic rate of prostatic disease,especially surpasses the ultrasound through abdomen in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
