LC-MS/MS法快速测定安神类中成药、保健食品中非法添加的21种化学成分

目的：建立中成药、保健食品中非法添加的21种安神类化学成分的快速测定方法。方法：采用液相色谱-串联质谱法（LC-MS/MS）,以SunfireTM C18（2.1mm×100mm,5.0μm）为分析柱,流动相采用甲醇-0.1%甲酸（65∶35）,电喷雾电离（ESI）、多反应监测（MRM）扫描方式,对中成药、保健食品中非法添加的21种化学成分进行快速定性定量分析。结果：建立了快速分离检测中成药、保健食品中21种非法添加安神类成分的测定方法,检测限低于2ng。结论：该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于安神类中成药、保健品中非法添加成分的定性定量分析。

Screening for 21 sedative-hypnotic chemical components in health food and Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine by LC-MS/MS

Objective：To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass chromatography（LC-MS/MS） method for the simultaneous screening 21 sedative-hypnotic chemical components in health food and Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine. Methods：This method involved liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,the separation was conducted by Sun fireTM C18（2.1 mm×100 mm,5.0 μm） .The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic and methanol（65：35） . The target compounds were analyzed with LC-MS/MS-ESI. Multiple-reaction monitoring（MRM） was used to screen 21 sedative-hypnotic chemical components in health food and Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine. Results：A fast and sensitive liquid chromatogra phy mass spectrometric（LC/MS） method for the simultaneous screening of 21 sedative–hypnotic chemical components was described. The LOD of these substances were below 2 ng. Conclusion：The method is sufficiently selective and sensitive to detect chemical components in health food and Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine.
