| 摘 要： | 目的：对覆盖义齿的基牙进行短期临床观察。方法：对30例覆盖义齿修复患者半年及1年后回访观察。结果：下颌基牙及非银汞充填覆盖基牙更易存积菌斑及结石,并出现牙龈问题。结论：对于能保持良好口腔卫生的患者,覆盖义齿是一种较好的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the periodontal health and secondary caries of overdenture abutments after having been used for half year and one year. Methods: Clinical data of twenty patients with overdenture were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Lower abutments and abutments with copings accumulated plaque and calculus more easily, and their gingival problems were common. Conclusion: Overdenture is a good choice if good oral hygiene can be maintained. |
