HBsAg阴性应招飞行学员血清HBV-DNA检测研究

目的为控制ＨＢＶ慢性携带者进入航校提供对策，对应招飞行学员中ＨＢｓＡｇ阴性者的ＨＢＶ感染情况及对ＨＢＶ的免疫状态作一探讨。方法用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗－ＨＢｓ、抗－ＨＢｃ、ＨＢｅＡｇ、抗－ＨＢｅ，用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）检测ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ。结果ＨＢｓＡｇ阴性应招飞行学员中抗－ＨＢｓ阳性２０６／９６２例（２７．６％），抗ＨＢｃ阳性２２９／９６２例（２２．８％），ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性０／４５０例，抗ＨＢｅ阳性３／４５０例（０．６７％），ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性１５／２２８例（６．６％）。ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性主要集中在单一抗ＨＢｃ阳性者中１４／７５例（１８．７％）。获得ＨＢＶ免疫者为３４．０％。结论在应招飞行学员中对单一抗ＨＢｃ阳性者应做ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ检测，未获ＨＢＶ免疫者应接种乙肝疫苗

Detection of serum HBV DNA in HBsAg negative pilot cadet candidates

Objective In order to formulate countermeasure against the entrance of HBV carriers to aviation school,seroepidemiologic investigation in HBsAg negative (ELISA method) pilot candidates for detection of HBV DNA were carried out. Methods Anti HBs,anti HBc,HBeAg,anti HBe tests were carried out in 962 HBsAg negative candidates.HBV DNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction in 228 HBsAg negative serum samples,including all serum samples with sole anti HBc. Results Positive rate for anti HBs was 27.6%(206/962), anti HBc 22.8%(229/962), HBeAg 0/450, anti HBe 0.67%(3/450), HBV DNA 6.6%(15/228).The rate of acquired immunity of HBV infection was 34%(327/962) in the HBsAg negative samples.HBV DNA positive cases were mainly associated with sole positive anti HBc. Conclusion HBsAg negative samples with sole positive anti HBc should be further tested for HBV DNA.Those candidates without acquired HBV immunity should receive HBV inoculation.
