摘    要:目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)静脉导管留置感染病原菌的分布及耐药情况。方法对本医院ICU2001年1月~2006年5月静脉导管尖端培养所分离的病原菌及其耐药性进行回顾性统计分析。结果感染菌群中革兰阴性菌占53.3%,非发酵菌为最主要病原菌,占分离菌的50%,革兰阳性菌占23.3%,真菌占23.3%,感染菌呈多重耐药。结论非发酵菌已成为ICU静脉导管留置感染的最常见病原菌,对碳青霉烯及头孢三代类药物耐药严重,ICU医师应根据药敏监测结果选用抗菌药物治疗。

Abstract:Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of bacteria on the venous duct in ICU. Methods The distribution of pathogenic bacteria isolated from venous duct and the drug resistance of bacteria in ICU from January 2001 to May 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all cultured bacteria 53.3% were gram - negative bacteria and 50% were non - zymophyt. Gram- positive bacteria were accounted for 23.3 % . 23.3 % of the bacteria were fungii. All the bacteria were multidrug resistance. Conclusion Non- zymophyte are the major pathogenic bacteria and they were strong resistant to earbapenem antibiotics and the third generation cephalosporins.
