| 摘 要： | 本研究应用口腔正畸的固定矫治技术治疗下颌骨错位骨折，以探索一种简便易行，实用有效的治疗下颌骨骨折的新方法，弥补传统治疗方法的不足，通过对５例下颌骨错位骨折治疗的初步临床观察及疗效评价，提出了该方法下颌骨错位骨折的独特之处，并对其促进骨折愈合的机理及矫治技术的设计问题进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | In search of a simple and practical method for treatment of mandibular fracture, we have treated 5 cases of dislocating mandibular fracture using a fix-orthodontic technique. The results shown that the new method not only prevented the disadvantages of traditional method but also assured the right relocation of the fractrue and attained natural occlusal relationship, moreover it was favourable for improving the broken bone to grow together early. |
