| 摘 要： | 目的]观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效。方法]治疗组口服中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减及帕罗西汀片,对照组应用帕罗西汀片。结果]在HMAD抑郁评分方面,两组治疗后与治疗前比较,均有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）,总体疗效两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论]中药联合SSRI类能使病人抑郁症状明显改善,有利于提高患者的生活质量及神经功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the cure effect of Radix Bupleuri and Keel Oyster Decoction(RKD) and Paroxetine on post-stroke depression.Method] The treatment group took revised RKD and Paroxetine,the control one only Paroxetine tablets.Result] On HMAD score,both groups had marked difference from that before treatment;both groups had significant deference on total cure effect.Conclusion] TCM combined with SSRI can markedly relieve depression symptoms,helpful to improving patients' life quality and nerve function... |
