单纯性肥胖儿童的行为特征及对策探讨

目的 :探讨单纯性肥胖儿童的行为特征 ,采取综合防治措施 ,促进幼儿健康成长。方法 :对单纯性肥胖组及对照组儿童家长和老师进行问卷调查 ,包括饮食、运动、生活习惯、家庭情况等 ,对部分肥胖儿童采取综合治疗措施。结果 :肥胖儿童多喜欢选择淀粉类、甜食、西式快餐、油炸食品等 ,在进食量、进食速度、进食频率方面明显高于对照组 ,肥胖儿童户外活动时间少 ,看电视时间长 ,其父母肥胖、不喜欢运动比例较高。结论 :肥胖儿童多数伴有饮食、运动及心理行为的偏离 ,采取以行为疗法为基础加以运动训练和饮食控制的综合治疗方案 ,有良好的治疗效果。

Discuss on Action Feature and Correcting for Simple Obesity Children

Objective To know the action feature of simple obesity children and usecomprehensive methods to improve the development of infantile health.Methods parents andteachers of children in simple obesity group and control group were investigated with questionnaires including diet,exercise,life habit and family information.Some of them whosuffered from the simple obesity were treated with comprehensive methods.Result Those suffered from the obesity mostly like starch food,sweet food,sweet food,westem fast food and fried foodThe quantity,speed and frequency of taking food are obviously higher than those in the controlgroup.They seldom do outdoor exercise and spend more time in watching TV.Most of theirparents are fat and dislike doing exercise.Conclusion We fund that those suffered from obesitywere partial to diet,movement and psychological action,it is effective to do more exerise andcontrol diet in the treatment based on the action therapy.
