| 摘 要： | 回顾了创造力和创造力系统观相关内容，分析了博士研究生创造力内涵构成，阐释了博士研究生创造力形成特征：具有更具创造力的生理机能、智力品质、非智力品质和专业创新能力，拥有学识素养高、不断探索创新的指导者，拥有发展创造力的创造环境。对于促进博士研究生创造力发挥以及创新成果的产生，具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the basic concepts of creativity and systematic perspective on creativity and systematically analyzed the connotation of creativity in doctoral candidates, thus summarizing the advantages of the development of creativity in doctoral candidates： physiological function, intellectual quality, non-intellectual quality and professional innovation that may help to unleash creativity, knowledgeable, dedicated, and innovative supervisors and a correspondingly suitable environment, which is of great importance to the researches on unleashing the creativity in doctoral candidates and creating innovative results. |
