| 摘 要： | 目的研究糖尿病病人視神經病變的發生、病程舆預後關系.方法應用瑩光素眼底血管造影(FFA),檢測64例127眼糖尿病患者眼底病變(視神經病變)情况.結果 127眼中檢出28眼患糖尿病視神經病變,糖尿病視神經病變發生率22%;隨病程延長,視神經病變發生率增加.結論 FFA是診斷糖尿病視神經病變的有效方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the occurrence, courses and prognosis of diabetic optic neuropathy. Methods Fundus fluorescein an-giography (FFA) was made to determine the condition of fundus (optic nerve) in 64 cases of diabetic mellitus (127 eyes). Results Diabetic optic neuropathic changes were detected in 28 eyes, the occurrence rate being 22%. With the DM course being longer, the occurrence rate increased. Conclusion FFA is and effective diagnostic measure for diabetic optic neuropathy. |
