| 摘 要： | 目的提高护理质量管理实效性，使护理质量监控达到阻断和改变某些不良工作状态的目的，确保护理质量。方法在我院成立护理质量控制小组，对护理质量进行督查、调研、分析总结，针对存在的护理质量问题，组织质量管理培训，选定项目进行研究。结果护理管理制度切实可行，质量监控措施行之有效，护理工作流程更加科学。结论质量管理的目的在于使护理人员的业务行为、活动符合工作要求和满足患者需求。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the effectiveness of care ,quality management and ensure the purpose of the monitoring of nursing quality block and change the certain undesirable state of job.Methods Established the nursing quality control group in our hospital to research, analyze and summarize the nursing quality and to found the nursing quality problem for organizational quality management training and the selected researeh projects.Results Nursing management system works and quality control measures were effective and nursing job flow-sheet was more scientific.Conclusion The purpose of quality management is to enable the practices of nursing staff be in line with job requirements and patients needs. |
