麦冬花化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对麦冬花进行化学成分研究。方法采用正相硅胶、反相硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从麦冬花正丁醇部分中分离得到了6个化合物,经鉴定分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、薯蓣皂苷元3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、薯蓣皂苷元3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)][α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、薯蓣皂苷元3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)][β-D-吡喃木糖(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、鲁可斯皂苷元1-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)][β-D-吡喃木糖(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃岩藻糖苷(6)。结论化合物4和6是首次从麦冬花中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To research the chemical constituents of the flowers of Ophiopogon japonicu .Method The n-butyl alcohol fraction of the flowers of Ophiopogon japonicus was separated and purified by silica gels ,ODS and polyamide column chromatog-raphy .The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical property and spectral analysis .Results Six compounds were obtained ,and identified as β-sitosterol (1) ,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (2) ,diosgenin 3-O-[α-L-pyran rhamnose(1→2)]-β-D-pyran glycoside (3) ,diosgenin 3-O-[α-L-pyran rhamnose (1→2)][α-L-pyran rhamnose (1→4)]-β-D-pyran glycoside (4) , diosgenin 3- O-[α-L-pyran rhamnose (1→2)][β-D-pyran xylose (1→3)]-β-D-pyran glycoside (5) ,and rucogenin 1- O-[α-L-pyr-anrhamnose (1→2)] [β-D-pyranxylose(1→3)]-β-D-pyran fuccoside (6) .Conclusion The compound 4 and 6 were isolated for the first time from the flowers of Ophiopogon japonicus (L .f .) Ker-Gawl .
