| 摘 要： | 目的：总结半乳糖凝集素（galectin ，Gal）相关抑制剂及其抗肿瘤作用的研究进展。方法查阅、分析相关文献并综述。结果 Gal是凝集素家族中的一员，在多种肿瘤细胞中都有表达，并参与肿瘤发生、发展和转移的多个过程。因此，可作为疾病，尤其是肿瘤的诊断、治疗的新靶点，其抑制剂也成为肿瘤治疗的新选择。结论 Gal与肿瘤的形成高度相关，可成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the advance of the research on inhibitors of galectin and their anti-tumor effects .Methods Re-lated articles were reviewed .Result Galectin is a member of the lectin family and is expressed in various tumor cells .It is involved in various biological processes ,including tumorigenesis ,tumor progression and metastasis .So galectin becomes a new attractive target in the diagnosis and treatment of some diseases especially neoplasms .Conclusion There is high correlation between galectin and tumorigenesis .The galectin may become a new target of tumor treatment . |
