观察卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆脑钠素水平的影响

目的:探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及对血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平的影响。方法:入选慢性CHF患者82例,随机分为卡维地洛治疗组(42例)和常规治疗组(40例)。采用放射免疫法测定卡维地洛组和常规治疗组治疗前后血浆BNP水平,以及治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:治疗后,卡维地洛组与常规治疗组BNP浓度均有下降,卡维地洛组BNP浓度下降更明显(P<0.05);卡维地洛组改善左室射血分数更明显。结论:CHF患者血浆BNP浓度明显升高,卡维地洛可使CHF患者血浆BNP浓度显著降低,能改善左心室收缩功能,且不良反应少,安全性好。

Change of plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure after carvedilol treatment

Objective:To investigate the influences of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels on patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)after carvedilol treatment.Methods:Plasma BNP concentrations of patients with CHF(n=82)before and after carvedilol treatment(n=42)and of normal control group(n=40)were measured with specific radioimmunoassay,and left ventricular ejection fractions of patients with CHF before and after carvedilol were measured too.Results:After six months treatment of carvedilol,the left ventricular ejection fraction increased.The results showed that the plasma BNP levels fell,and plasma BNP concentrations of patients with CHF were significantly higher than normal controls.Conclusion:These results indicate that plasma BNP levels increase in patients with CHF,and carvedilol can markedly decrease plasma BNP levels and improve left ventricular function in patients with CHF.
