广西百色地产灵芝FTIR特征图谱的系统聚类分析与主成分分析

摘    要:目的:建立百色市地产灵芝药材FTIR特征图谱的系统聚类分析和主成分分析方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定百色市及外地产20个灵芝样品的光谱图,对所获光谱进行系统聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:系统聚类分析所得系统树图和主成分分析所得二维投影图均具有较好的聚类功能。结论:所建方法可用于百色市地产灵芝药材的聚类分析。该法的建立为灵芝药材的质量控制提供了一种简便、有效的手段。
