| 摘 要： | 目的:比较布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入和静脉滴注甲基强的松龙治疗支气管哮喘急性加重期的疗效.方珐:选择60例中、重度支气管哮喘患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入和静脉滴注甲基强的松龙.观察比较2组治疗前后日间和夜间的症状评分及肺功能指标.结果:2组治疗后症状评分较治疗前均明显减少,肺功能各项指标治疗后较治疗前均有显著改善,2组均未发现全身严重不良反应.试验组与对照组日间和夜间的症状评分及肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:短期内吸入激素可有效地缓解中、重度哮喘的发作.局部用药既可减少激素用量,又克服了激素的副作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out therapeutic methods of acute asthma.Methods:Patients(n=60) were divided into two groups randomly,all of them were used Salbutamol sulfate respirator solution at first.Patients in observation group aspirated budesonide suspension were taken,the other group methylpredni solone was used intravenously.To observe and compare the clinic effect of two groups.Results: There was no significant difference of 3 day's results:(1) After treatment,pulmonary function was better in both groups than before(P<0.01).(2) Quality of life were improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Aspirating budesonide suspension propionate possesses the advantage of effectiveness,safety and well tolerance in patients with severe persistent asthma. |
