超声波法测量湛江地区健康人群跟骨骨密度的增龄变化

目的应用超声波测量获得湛江地区不同年龄组健康人群的跟骨骨密度值。方法应用DTU-ONE型骨密度测量仪对851例健康体检者进行右侧跟骨骨密度BUA、SOS值测定。结果随年龄增加,BUA及SOS值明显减少,女性减少趋势比男性明显。同时,在男女之间存在性别差异,各年龄组男性均高于女性。结论超声波骨密度测量能够反映骨质随年龄的变化,为临床应用评价骨质疏松提供了新方法。

QUANTITATIVE ULTRASOUND MEASUREMENT OF CALCANEUS BONE FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF THE OSTEOPOROSIS CHANGE WITH AGE IN ZHANJIANG CITY HEALTHY CROWD

Objective This paper was to study the changing rules of ultrasound measurement of calcaneus with age in normal people. Methods Ultrasound measurements of the right calcaneus bone were made in 416 normal men,435 normal women. Results BUA, SOS measurements of normal subjects significantly dropped with age increase, and these measurements sharply dropped in normal women. There were also different measurements between men and women, Conclusion Ultrasound ts of normal men and women are negatively correlated with age. This measurement provides a new method for assessment of osteoporosis.
