静脉留置针在催产素引产中应用的研究

目的：探讨静脉留置针技术应用于晚孕孕妇在催产素引产中的效果。方法：将180例晚孕孕妇随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统输液方法，观察组采用美国BD公司生产的静脉留置针穿刺输液，对两组孕妇在输液过程中出现的堵管、皮下渗液、针头脱出等情况进行分析研究。结果：观察组在输液过程中出现的堵管及针头脱出的发生率与对照组相比有显著性差异，P〈0．05。观察组出现的皮下渗液的发生率与对照组相比有高度显著性差异，P〈0．01。结论：用静脉留置针穿刺静脉滴注催产素，效果可靠，可减少穿刺次数，减轻孕妇的痛苦，明显提高护士的工作效率，是一种理想的输液方法，值得临床推广应用。

The investigation of using lienable needle staying in vein in testosterone induced labor

Objective: To investigate the effect of technology using lienable needle staying in vein in testosterone induced labored. Method : 180 late pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group at random. Control group adopt traditional infusion method, and observation group adopt lienable needle staying in vein that BD of U.S.A. Company produces .Result: There was sigificent difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Using lienable needle staying in vein to instil testosterone has reliable result, can reduce the number of times of puncture, relieve the pains of the pregnant woman and obviously improve the nurse's working efficiency. It is an of ideal infusion method worth popularizing and applying clinically.
