| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在宫颈锥切术中瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全身麻醉的较佳维持方式.方法:将60例宫颈锥切术患者按维持方式不同随机均分为瑞芬太尼组(R组)、瑞芬太尼加丙泊酚组(RP组)及丙泊酚组(P组).观察3组患者呼吸、循环指标的变化,评估患者、术者满意度,记录给药总量、睁眼时间、术中交流时间.结果:3组患者对镇痛效果均表示高度满意,和RP、P组相比,R组手术后期呼吸循环抑制轻,体动反应少,丙泊酚用量少,睁眼时间快,可与患者交流,术者满意度高.结论:联合瑞芬太尼1.5 μg·kg-1、丙泊酚1.5 mg·kg-1诱导后,单纯以瑞芬太尼约0.05 μg·kg-1·min-1推注维持,能有效抑制术中疼痛和体动,患者手术后期呼吸循环抑制轻,术者可与患者交流,安全性高,是较好的维持方式.
