结外型淋巴瘤CT、MRI分析

目的 旨在探讨结外型淋巴瘤CT、MRI的表现特征、提高诊断准确率。方法 回顾性分析45例经组织病理证实的结外型淋巴瘤CT、MRI表现，观察其肿瘤实质的密度和信号特点、生长形态、边缘、增强后强化程度等。结果 所有患者组织病理学检查均为非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤，淋巴瘤呈实体状，在CT上为中等密度、MR呈稍长T1、T2信号。肿瘤形态分三类，生长于中空器官者表现为管壁较均匀增厚；发生在实质器官者，其形态类似发病器官、侵蚀器官周边组织，肿瘤边缘与器官组织分界不清，肿瘤实质为轻-中度均匀强化，可伴有局部淋巴结转移，结论CT、MRI诊断全身结外型淋巴瘤具有一定的难度，应仔细观察，认真分析影像学表现。力争发现有助于正确诊断的特有征象，并与其它有关病变进行鉴别，以作为考虑结外淋巴瘤的依据。

Analysis of extranodal lymphoma with CT and MRI
