北京市小学生260名冬季体育课运动能量消耗分析

目的了解小学生冬季体育课运动能量消耗情况,以便为小学生营养健康教育提供科学依据.方法选取北京市某小学一～六年级参加体育课的小学生260名,应用能量监测仪进行体育课运动能量消耗测量.结果小学一～六年级学生体育课能量消耗在113.04～276.32kJ,平均为212.55kJ,其中基本活动部分学生能量消耗在74.82～167.kJ,平均117.01 kJ.结论体育课学生能量消耗与课程内容安排有关,体育课3个组成部分的能量消耗分配只有1个年级比较合理.应尽快制定小学生体育课能量消耗的标准.

Energy Expenditure of Beijing Pupils in the Physical Education Course in Winter

Objective To explore the energy expenditure of the pupils in physical education(PE) course in winter, and to provide basis for their health education. Methods An energy monitor was applied to measure energy expenditure of 260 pupils at grades 1 to 6 in a primary school in Beijing when they were taking PE course .Results Energy expenditure of pupils was 113.14 - 276.60 kJ and the average was 211.75 kJ in PE course. In the main activity part of the course .energy expenditure was 79.50 - 140.79 kJ, the average was 117.11 kJ. Conclusion Energy expenditure of pupils in physical education is related to pattern of physical activity. Only in the first grade students' distribution of energy expenditure was reasonable. It is urgent to establish the standard of the energy expenditure of the pupils in PE course.
